When your community has outgrown Paths A and B, that moment becomes the natural invitation — for both sides — to begin the custom design conversation together, involving all stakeholders, to find a setup that is right for your community in every way.
Each CO.HOST chooses one day per week — Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday. You are not paying for five days. You are activating one, and getting access to infrastructure, community, and facilitation that would cost many times more to build independently. Multiple CO.HOSTs and CO.CREATION programmes can share the same day in dedicated rooms. Maximum 3 days per week per CO.HOST.
The annual commitment rate is R950/month — R38 per seat, from 25 seats — payable monthly. No lump sum required. The month-to-month rate is R1,125/month — R45 per seat. That is a 15% saving for annual commitment. The Founding 5 communities receive the annual rate payable monthly as a permanent benefit. No sliding scale. No hidden fees.
Your CO.HOST fee includes access to The CO.CREATION Space for one-on-one meetings at any time — not just on your community day. Whether you need to meet a client, coach a member, or have a private conversation, the Space is available to you around the clock, seven days a week, as part of your monthly fee.
Every online session, meeting, masterclass, gathering, or community touchpoint currently spread across multiple platforms and dates can be brought into one predictable day in the Space — every week of the month. One platform. One rhythm. One community experience your people can rely on.
All 25 CO.HOST seats include access to CO.MMUNITY Wednesdays — facilitated by Sunet Wagner from 08:00 to 17:00. This is not just access to a room. It is a structured, held day including Morning Stillness, CO.MMUNITY Check-In, Leadership Talks & Discussions (09:00, 13:00, and 15:00), and Focused Working Blocks (10:00 and 14:00) — running simultaneously so your people choose what serves them. Included at no additional cost for all CO.HOST communities.
The CO.HOST is not a reseller. They choose their day and bring their community — the agenda, the sessions, the onboarding of new people, and the relationships are entirely theirs. The Space provides the infrastructure. The CO.HOST provides the life.
This is an honesty space. Each CO.HOST tracks their own numbers. If any session exceeds the committed seat block, overflow people may attend on a Day Pass at R100 per person — with 48 hours notice required and subject to availability. This is a direct infrastructure cost managed by the CO.HOST.
When your community consistently fills the current seat block, upgrade requests — whether adding a day, expanding seats in blocks of 10, or moving to a new seat tier — must be submitted to the CO.CREATION Space by the 15th of the month to take effect from the 1st of the following month.
